Responsibilities:

Provide counseling and social-emotional support to students
-
Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans in collaboration with school staff and families

Assist with crisis intervention and behavioral support as needed

Help remove social-emotional barriers to academic success

Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Social Work or a related field

Relevant licensure or eligibility in Colorado

Experience supporting children and families in school or community settings preferred

Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
